had my pre-op appointment on Feb, 29, 2012

Having a tummy tuck and breast revision done  

having my surgery done at Plastic Surgery Associates of Montgomeryhttp://www.psaom.com/index.shtml
with Dr. Patrick J. Budny

Total cost for everything- $9,635.35

Currently I have 421ccs in my left boob and 339ccs in my right. My surgeon plans to tighten the skin on my boobs more and I told him I wanted to go a cup size bigger so not sure what size implants I will end up with.

ETA: He put 492 ccs in both my right and left this time

Morning of surgery!
Arrived at 6:45 nurses preped me for surgery. Had me pee in a cup so they could do a pregnancy test, put a gown on and some nifty socks that are suppose to help with circulation, took my blood pressure and temp, started an IV on me, and gave me an antibiotic. My surgeon came in and marked me all up on where my incisions would be and then the the anesthesiologist came in and gave me the stuff to put me to sleep.

After Surgery!
Surgery went great! I woke up in a bit of pain after the surgery but was given some pain meds and felt fine after that. I haven't had hardly any pain at all or alteast nothing that isn't bareable.

Okay had my second check-up today. He took my drainage tube out!! YAY!!. Then cut the stitches out of my belly button, then changed all my tapes on my scars.

I took some new pics. I'm still swollen though and my belly button is still gunky from the stitches and all but it will heal. It just looks funny right now. My stomach is still quite swollen and will take a few weeks or more for all the welling to go down but anyways here they are..oh and ignore my thighs for some reason they have gotten bigger and swollen looking too

Your breasts look great as it is, they're going to look fantastic once they're tightened! My stomach is identical to yours, its terrible!!

yep from the kids and from losing a lot of weight. My youngest is 2 1/2 years old

awesome...would love to follow you with this...I am planning the same, but not sure the dr's here in Canada are really good. I'm so picky with scars.

sure you can! I won't need them since I'm getting new ones   I'm taking 3 weeks off work my surgeoon says that should be plenty of time. When I got my boobs done last time I only took like 10 days and I was okay then

I plan to update as much as possible with pics and all throughout my recovery and months after. My surgeon says my scars should do great because they healed well with my last breast surgery . I had a lift and implants put in and my scars are not bad at all.

O that Is awesome. I will be looking forward to geting the boobs in the mail lol. Question if you dont mind my asking why is there such a diff in size of each implant bc to look at you they look great .

my boobs were 2 different sizes when I first got them done. I had another thread a while back that I made when I got my first breast lift and implants done but I deleted the pics out of it not too long ago because it was an old thread and hadn't been updated or posted in in months
