i've been drinking Deeelicious nutrament lately and wanted to know (bcause i keep 4getting to ask my doc) if its safe. does anyone know if its not good for pregnant women because it might have something in it that not safe for the baby, like too much of a certain vitamin... just curious if yall have heard anything
