I've been slacking too  

Daily goals. That's what I'm trying to focus on right now to help me get back on track!

Yes I've heard planks are wonders for tightening your core. That's what I need to work on after baby, just tightening everything back up!

I would love to have every tightened up. I have been over 200 lbs since high school. Right now I am around 300 and I would live to be back around 200. And I want to be ripped so I can show off my muscle

I'm 162.3 pounds today. So 6 pounds in 11 days. I'm almost to my first goal of being in the 140's. Then off to the 120's. I'm so sick of the 160's, I'll be happy when I see 159.

Ok so I am back up to 303. Which totally sucks. Started doing power 90 which is the program that came out before P90X. I am going to beat the fat off my fatass. So in 90 days instead of people saying "He's a fatass." They will say "Man he's an ass." Cant wait to get the guns sculpted so I can say "Check out the gun show." LOL yeah my wife will love the gun show.

I hardly come on BG anymore. But I'll try and stay current with my weightloss. I'm 158 now!   I'm losing about 3 pounds a week. Pretty awesome.   I did just eat a smurf load of chocolate but its okay. The diet plan I'm doing goes by weekly calories so if I eat more one day, I just eat less the next.   That way you don't feel like you are messing up and wanna binge or something. So since my son was born 12 weeks ago I've lost 38 pounds.

Weighed myself after my workout this morning and I am at 299, so thats 4 lbs in one day. I eat 5 times a day and workout twice a day. Right now I am sore and tired. But for some reason I feel great.

Great job to those of you who are sticking with your diet and exercise and are seeing results! You deserve it! Now motivate me to get off of my ass! lol

I have seriously been slacking on this thread!   I think i've lost like 2 lbs since we started this smh but I kicked into high gear this week. I haven't missed a day yet this week at the gym.

been doing Power 90 for a week now and i am at 299 lbs. when i started i was in the 303-306 range so i'm doing good so far
