Ok ladies. This thread is for mommies expecting in the last half of December 2008!!!   This keeps us all close within a 2 and a half week wait delivery period.

ME!! I still may bounce back and forth to the previous threads if everyone doesn't want to come here. I thought we should have an "official" one, but I thought I was the only one .

Wait..is this only supposed to be for those due between the 16-30?

Obviously I don't fit in this forum, but what about those due on the 31st?  

P.S. My birthday is December 30th and it's a great day. Words of advice to you future mommies - please celebrate Christmas and the Birthday separately. It's so awful getting Christmas cards that say PS Happy Birthday.

lol, that's funny! I would be pissed to get it all in one card .
I think the title should be changed to take the "16th to 30th" out, and we can have all of the Dec mommies here!

You'd be surprised! I get the combined gifts and cards every year from people. It's so ridiculous. I don't say "Happy Thanksgiving. PS enjoy the honeybaked turkey, it's also your birthday present" to people!

I realize the end of the year is difficult on many people financially, but really...buy the present in June or something to make it easier.

It's just my advice though, being so close to Christmas I feel this every year and even though it makes me feel selfish, I don't care! It's my birthday and I'll cry if I want to!      

wooops! hahaha. Yes I'm changing to the 31st! I was staring at the April calendar and only saw 30 days. duhhh... lol

yes i agree too!!! I was going to make an OFFICIAL one myself... but then I thought it might be too much work to try to get everyone from the 3 threads onto a (aaaaaaaaaannnnnnother) new one... hence, I figured it would just be easier making a subgroup. I KNEW everyone would still go back to the other threads..so it was pointless making an official one. lol.

hahaha. awww. yea, i think there was a few us of who didn't really hope for a christmas baby - but for some of us who had a harder time getting pregnant (like myself!) is going to take whatever i can get!! so christmas baby it is! i'm not going to complain. I just hope my baby won't either!

Hi Dec Mommies....just found out today that I am due 12/24/08! Went in for my annual and came out with the great news. Boy was that an annual exam. Very happy to be here and see other Dec. mommies!!

ohhhhhhhh nice!! Oh please do share how ur exam went??   My first pre-natal is next week on Wednesday, and I'm worried about all that internal testing stuff!!!! ack!

Hey girls! I'm due Dec 25th! Talk about a Christmas present!   The best ever!

My firstultrasound is May 5th......we'll see how many! One or two would be wondeful!

The exam was fine because I was scheduled for my annual pap. It wasn't until the end of the appointment that I gavethe Dr. a list of my most recent past periods so she could help me and my husband decide when to "try". After looking at my dates she said are you sure you are not pregnant now? I told her I took a test at home 2 days ago and it was neg. She said well just humor me and take one here....Pos!!! So, we were trying but trying to avoid Christmas. Oh well God has his own timing!!!!

Congrats! Wow..do you think there may be two in there? Were you on any fertility drugs? How exciting that would be!
