I have to work every weekend. Now that the housing market is slow our job is requiring us to work 7 days every other week. I am so tired. I just bought me a bath suit the other day. I think that I am going to go swimming tonight because I need to relax. I have had a long day.

I keep saying all I want to do is float around in some water!!! We have a neighborhood pool but it is unfortunately overrun by immature high school kids so the last thing I want to do is parade in a bathing suit in front of them. Have fun...you deserve it!!!

Yep Summer. it is hot here. Close to 100, with high humidity. We are always under an ozone warning but it's just part of living in the south. We need a mild tropical storm. It's been a while. sounds aweful, but it sure helps out. I can't complain too much though. I talked to my brother last week & he said where he was in Iraq, it was 115 in the shade, & it was still early morning! The kids love the garden, but I am about sick of putting up veggies. I may try to make pickles later, but I'm still contemplating it.

I need to take my kids to the water park tomorrow, but it is just too hot. I'd love to float around for a while.

I am lucky that DH doesn't have to travel, but he works alot & works weird hours. It is company policy that if your relief doesn't come in, you have to work over, but it is well worth the $$. Overtime pay plus a bonus & meal allowance. We never know what 1 day he might get off during the week, but at least he is at home at some point every day.

I'm soooo jealous of your little round belly! It just looks like the perfect baby bump. I realized I walk around with my belly blown out, trying to make myself look more preggo. I;m sure I just look fat though.

Good, as long as you're not freaking out about it!Pregnancy isthe one time in your life that weight gain/growing a belly is a good thing, so since I got all my stretch marks the first time around, I pretty much feel free to give in to all my cravings! Not saying that that's what you're doing, just wanting to reassure you that some indulgences are aloud & don't beat yourself up about it. Happy growing! oh, and I'm SOOOOO jealous of your swimming pool. You have no idea.

I must admit, I am quite addicted to thi forum. I always try to remind myself that everyone here is a real person too, so I don't feel like I am hiding behind the keyboard. I have a few mommy friends, but not many. 1 works & my formerly best friend is still terrified to leave the house with her 5 month old. She visits her family in KY alot & stays gone for weeks at a time, so she is rarely here anyways. Luckily though, I have been helping to plan my 10 yr class reunion, so I have gotten back in touch with alot of old friends & have gotten to spend more time with them.

We always go late at night when it is pass the kids bed time. We have gotten lucky so far. I hope that there is no one there today because after the day that I have had I really need it. Just to vent a little, I went to the management company to get a pool key for one of my renters and the lady told me that I owed them money and that she couldnt give me one until I paid the balance. I pay my bill on line so I have record of every payment that I make so I went to my bank and that lady printed out my bank statement. I took it to them and she said that they needed a copy of the canceled check because they need to see who signed the check and what account it went to. I am usually a calm person but everytime that I go in there because I need something they tell me that I owe them money. To make a long story short, after 5 hours of back and fourth with the bank and the management company. I finally got them what they needed.They had cashed my check but never put it to my account and this is not the first time that this has happened with them. Thanks for listening I fell better now.

Sheesh, you would think the fact you showed them initially that the check cleared your account that it would be their responsibility to find out where it went from there! Hope you get a quiet night!

Hi everybody! Where did everybody go this Saturday? Must be fine weather where you're all at...... it was nice today here too and spent the day at the park which is why I'm only coming on tonight.

Anyways, if anyone is around, come chit chat with me.  

I used my doppler today and it took us much much longer to find the heartbeat. We were getting very nervous, but after enough patience, our little jellybean was ok.  

I've spent my day with a sick kid....no fun...I have gotten nothing done todya...no cleaning or anything..yikes

I have been enjoying some good food today. Hubby will be back in town tomorrow, so I have made some breakfast quish (sp?) that we can warm up tomorrow morning and I'll be making french toast too. Today for breakfast I had a egg and cheese crossiant. Then for lunch (and dinner) I made chic and sausage gumbo. Ohhhh, it was so goooood! Thats why I'm eating itfor dinner too. I'v been in a great mood today since DH is coming home tomorrow. It has been way too hot here for me to do anything outside. I have been cleaning up today (off and on) for my great hubby. He is sooo sweet. When he's out of town, he emails me in the morning little things like "morning babe, Luv ya'", since I'm so emotional it makes me cry alot when Iread it. I told him "do you know how many brownie points you get for that.... a lot" LOL! I know hes thinking, thats all I have to do to make her happy? Great!!! Anyway, hope ya'll have a great weekend!!
