effaced??

I know i should know this but I have no idea. I keep hearing women say the are so much effaced. What does effaced mean? I have read so much about pregnancy and labor but this is new to me. Thanks

effaced is how thin your cervix gets and dialated is how open your cervix gets.

yea effaced is your cervixs thining one that happends you can dialate lol unlike me im onley 40 percent effaced soo no dialation for me but mommaof2girls prettymuch awserd that one hehe
