Is this bad or rude

I ordered something from pizza hut the total was 14.85. I gave the guy 15.85 expecting my dollar as like a dollar can put for something else and the guy just walked off. i never told him to keep the change or anything. He didn't say anything either. He was just unpolite.

Should I complain? I mean yes, it's a dollar but like I said a dollar can go to something important.
Its not a REQUIREMENT to tip the driver. So I was a little upset about it.

well, he probably thought that no one would be enough of an ass to take his $1 tip away from him.

maybe he thought it was exact change and didnt look closely enough to realize you gave an extra dollar? i mean if someone gave me 15.85 with all that change id think it was exact and not just 1 dollar over..?

Yeah I do feel its rude to not tip someone but when someone is short with money but is hungry and to feed another person (my daughter) then I mean I would have just gaven him 15 bucks instead of me going to give him the extra 85 cents to make it a dollar.

No smurf he just walked away without saying anything. I would have been pissed too if someone gave me an exact dollar in tip, which undoubtedly he assumed that was, OP.
