It was tough and I am sore! We did a timed mile today and at the end of the semester are going to run another timed mile to see how we can improve. I actually hate running and havent done it in forever!!! But I did it and it really worked my body in other ways that I am use to.

I have worked out 4 days this week too and have been doing well on calories. I am gonna weigh on Saturday but I did weigh yesterday and there was no difference from when I weighed before!! Good luck to you and nice job working out!

Hahaha my time was 12:09   I hope I can def improve it and may start trying to incorporate a mile run maybe on the weekend sometimes.

Thank you! I was supposed to go tonight but Nick is still at work, 14.5 hrs and who knows when he's getting off yet still... Big project. Poor guy.

Hahaha I dont either. You should try a mile do you have a local high school just go run on the track? It really works out your body really different I was surprised!!!

Thats not bad at all! It is great you are running, I think it is so good for people to run. Says the woman who hasnt run since high school track   After I tore my MCL in college, I stopped running because my knee hurt, then I gained weight and got out of shaped which made it even harder to run so its been a vicious cycle from there... I hope after I lose some weight and keep up the walking I will be able to progress to jogging and running again. Thats great you are going to start doing a mile run, I am sure your time will go down in no time!

Im sorry it wasnt the results you were hoping for Nichole   But 7lbs in 2 weeks still is really great! I am sure you will be able to break through the plateau soon

That's the same weight I plateaued at.   I'd be stuck between 178-183, no matter what I did I couldn't get out of it. I hope it breaks over this next week!! I definitely know how frustrating it is.

Thanks.   I'm so excited, it's literally like every day I feel like my goal is getting closer and closer.. which I know is obvious, but this time it just feels different. Like my motivation hasn't changed or anything and I'm so glad!

I hate running and I suck at it.   I'm going to start training on March 9th for the 5K we're doing on June 1st... and I'm kinda already dreading it. LOL.

But I really need to get back into running, not only for myself, but for Seth too. He's a lazy runner, like I mean he's a GREAT runner, but he needs to do it more for his PT in the Army and if he can pass his next PT Test with a certain number of points, he'll get promoted.. but if he doesn't have someone pushing him along, he won't run. He rather strength train or do other cardio.

I'm excited to keep hearing about your class!!

Thanks for the support ladies. I woke up today and any time I move any part of my body it aches!!! I am so freaking sore I havent felt like this in a long time.

I hate running too ladies but it defiantly works a lot different parts of my body that I am not use to.
