It is great you are running, I think it is so good for people to run. Says the woman who hasnt run since high school track After I tore my MCL in college, I stopped running because my knee hurt, then I gained weight and got out of shaped which made it even harder to run so its been a vicious cycle from there... I hope after I lose some weight and keep up the walking I will be able to progress to jogging and running again. Thats great you are going to start doing a mile run, I am sure your time will go down in no time!

I am sure you will be able to break through the plateau soon
