But when I was younger af was super heavy, lasted 7-10 days and I felt horrible. I just didnt exercise but thats when I put on alot of the weight I currently have. Maybe try doing weights on days you feel bad if you do weights? For me its an easier work out (mentally) and you can break it up more and still get it done. I hope you feel better soon.
