Hey Ladies... hows everyones weekend going? SO is at work and me and dd are at home just like any other day lol. AF officially came during the night and I am feeling pretty crappy. How do you ladies get through the first few days of AF? Do you just push through it and exercise? I just have no motivation to exercise today but I feel guilty not exercising just a little bit.

I just got home from work. We have to work one saturday about every 5 weeks, not too bad but I still hate it lol. My afs are so light I dont really get many symptoms so it doesnt affect exercising. But when I was younger af was super heavy, lasted 7-10 days and I felt horrible. I just didnt exercise but thats when I put on alot of the weight I currently have. Maybe try doing weights on days you feel bad if you do weights? For me its an easier work out (mentally) and you can break it up more and still get it done. I hope you feel better soon. I exercise, but not as hard. My cramps lately almost kill me, so I take two tylenol and then push through the work out, but because I'm a (TMI) heavy bleeder, if m heart rate goes up to what it normally does when working out, I get really light headed/dizzy. So, I take it easier, but still do it.. if that makes sense.

Woo! I just tracked out everything I'm going to do until Seth gets home.  


I feel like since I have it typed out what I need to do EVERY day, I'll make sure it happens.

I'm literally on the last countdown and I cannot wait!  

I just got done with my Insanity workout for the day, almost killed me. I have to still do 30DS tonight!

Ahhh nice job thats great. A plan is always nice to use and stick too!!!

I just finished 30 day shred, I can tell I'll feel it in the morning.

That's awesome I am not doing any on campus classes until Sophie is older and can be alone, so I still have 2 of my bio classes left and nutrition and one math class. I'm working on BSN pre-reqs now so like sociology and stuff, will also need one year foreign language.

Thanks ladies for the congrats on the loss of week one. I hope to be able to keep up good weight loss on the low carb diet. I am watching my milk supply closely because it feels like I'm having a harder time letting down, so idk I'm hoping it's nothing. I went to the gym and worked out real well last night, feeling it today, go back to gym again on Monday. We go Mon, Wed, Fri and then I do my ballet beautiful workout on one day on the weekend. Regardless of what eating style I do I will lose weight working out and nursing so I'm feeling good!

Day 10 of Alli and I am 218.
It has been fluctuating between 218 and 220, SO says I shouldnt weigh myself each day but I cant help myself.  
18lbs til I reach my goal! (Goal date May 1st-final wedding dress fitting)
Pounds lost with Alli- 2
At least it was a loss, but it makes me feel like I am rapidly approaching May 1st and am wasting time by not losing enough. Im going to drink more water and work out more next week to help this! I think my eating has gotten much better but working out more is the missing component.

info from my last update- I want to try to keep it all the info together to keep me motivated.
Day 5 of Alli and I am 218.5!
(I think I was about 220 when I started, I should have weighed in!) I am going to try to keep better track!
Only 18.5 pounds til I reach my goal!

(If/when I hit that I am going to pick a new goal, I do much better with smaller goals.)

I think I'm bloating.  

I just took pictures this morning (forgot to take them when I started 30DS) and even though I'm a couple pounds lighter than my last pictures, I feel I look bigger. BOO!

Anyways, I just did my work out - I was going to jump into to Insanity, but I definitely need to just do one in the morning and one in the evening. After about 5 minutes into Insanity, I was extremely shaky. lol.

My goal is to workout all 5 days Mon-Fri this week because last week I was slacking in the begging.

Heeeey!

Mine is to stick to doing both insanity and the thirty day shred, every day! Though, I'm extremely, extremely sore right now and really had to push through this mornings workout!

Hey! My goal is to work out 3 times this week and lose at least one pound. That would put me at 217. Cant wait to see that on the scale!!
