I just saw them at our local Walmart yesterday, which was the first time I've seen them there.. since I always, always buy yogurt. So I'm guessing it's new for us! I'd check yours and see if they have them and if not, check again in a couple weeks.

Tomorrow morning   I dont know I kinda didnt think it was going to happen and this is def going to change my wedding plans but I will be sooo happy if its true!!! Just have to rearrange my plans lol. Im nervous though!!!

When working out with weights, how often do you think is the optimal number of days a week? I am going to try to do more per session like to the point that Im getting sore, but if Im not sore, do I need to wait a day inbetween?

Good luck! We were ttc for awhile but are taking a break because we suffered a loss recently. When are you getting married? Im getting married in June

I am really sorry for you loss. Ive been ttc for 15 months now and its been really tough just when I was going to kinda shift focus on the wedding and loosing weight something changes   We were planning a wedding for Aug 1 2013 but its a destination wedding in Hawaii so our plans may have to change considering I dont think I will be able to travel that far along. But only time will tell I guess. COngrats on your wedding!!! Id love to hear some details

I've heard 3-4 and 6 days of cardio, so overlapping a couple of those days with a double workout.

I wouldn't think you NEED to wait, but I know they all say that's what's best. I kinda do what my body will let me.
