That is awesome!! I never knew about that, but I will definitely remember that.  

I did end up measuring myself where the band sits and surprisingly enough, I'm at a 34 exactly.. so I think a 34 will fit good!

Yeah I am using my fitness pal! It helps a lot. Im about 5'6.5 and you have the goal like I want, 150-140. I would love to get it 140 but Ill be happy with 150.

I think I'm too ocd to use mfp.   everytime I try, I try and hit the same exact amount of calories every day, when I know it's better to flucuate, but man.. I blame my father for my ocd. LOL.

I've honestly haven't been under 160 since I was 14 years old.   A lot back then was muscle from sports. So, I really can't say where I'll be happy at quite yet. But I know the day I hit 159, I will celebrate!! haha.

I was 89 lbs until I was 12 and hit puberty lol.
I was then around 100 until I was like 15 and got on the depo shot and I blew up and havent been able to lose it since. I was on the track team and swim team and still couldnt lose it. Im gonna try now tho! I dont remember the last time I was under 180.
This is probably the last time I was tiny lol. When I was 15. (In the blue). I want this body back!

I just had a baby Nov. 1st and I am nursing her and pumping full time so I haven't dieted. I am done with my pp bleeding finally so I am adding exercise back in. I'll start with the 30DS and then start hitting 24hr fitness again. For dieting I will be going low carb this coming week!

I have been eating a lot of sodium so my weight is up a bit, 255. I'm going to re weigh Fri and let you guys know my final weigh in, just to lose water weight if that is what it is. I had a bad binge about two days ago.

However, I started 30DS yesterday, going to be on day two today!
