Anything and Everything.  

I've done quite a few of the beach body programs, like Insanity, Power 90, ChaLean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, etc (my husband's a coach, so we've acquired quite a few of them, lol) I never stick through the entire thing, but I like mixing em up and doing one one day, then a different one the next.

I also like going running, I started last spring and enjoy it more and more each time, though I definitely don't do it as much as I should.

Then I go the gym sometimes too with friends and do weights.

I'm not consistent with any work out, but I just make sure I'm doing something!

Awesome as long as your staying active right!!! I have been kind of interested in doing insanity. But thought I would start with working on my elliptical to get my body in shape a little.

Drinking enough water helps me with not retaining water and helps me to not over eat! It's just hard for me to remember to drink anything..

Hey Kattie! Sure thing, you can give me your weight if you want and I can add you to the OP. I finally went and got some healthier foods yesterday, thank goodness to have some fresh veggies and fruits in the house instead of too much junk from when my husband grocery shops lol.

Thank you, and I hope you're right lol. If not then I worry about it being a hormone thing. With my last son I ebf for 13 months and slowly gained the whole way through. I won't go through that again...

Like literally I have a jelly belly so we won't measure that just yet.

you guys.. I have baby fever so bad.   

I promised myself the next time I get pregnant I'll be under 150, but I'd really ideally like to be around 135 (then hopefully only gain 25lb during  )

But, it's seriously so bad. It's literally consuming my thoughts a majority of the day and I can't help but finding myself browsing for baby stuff all the time.


SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS URGE! Seth and I decided to wait to TTC until July (I know he's as anxious as I am) and I need to stick to thattttttttttt.

Back down to 157! haha. I went up for a few days from eating bad, haha.

I also cut off all my hair, so maybe that helped! lol. Feeling motivated to get past this little block I've been at.

Good Job! I can't wait until I'm under 160.. hell, I can't wait until I'm under 170.

I'm SO happy to be under 160. I keep forgetting I am. I'm so used to be in the 180's that I still go "huh, oh yeah, I'm in the 150's." I sometimes feel a little discouraged, but I'm really wanting to get back into running. My fibro FINALLY feels like it's under control and like I could really start pushing myself exercise wise again. I'm so nervous about it getting bad though.

I bet!   And that's awesome, hopefully when you get back into it, you can just keep going and pushing yourself farther.. I really hope it doesn't act up for you!

I'm reallllly hoping I can get under 160 by the time Seth gets home. I have a little over 2 months to lose 18lbs. I SHOULD be able to accomplish that, if not more!

You can do it! You've done SO great so far, I'm sure you can keep it up!!

My biggest hurdle is coffee. haha. I LOVE my coffee, and I like it sweet. I've got down a lot on the amount of sugar and stuff in it, but I still want a ton of cups during the day. I love it so much, haha

This was me this morning, so coming along! Husband told me I needed to get rid of my old pants because they just hang off me and look horrible. The old ones are 16s and these are 10s, so I can see his point
