Thank you! I'm seriously so excited and I measured myself, my waist is down to a 33.5  

I hope someday to be a 36-28-39, which I like to think I'm on my way   I'm a 40 - 33.5 - 43.5 right now!

Thank you!!! Do you guys ever share meal ideas? I am headed to the grocery store what kind of things do you make for dinner for your families? And what about lunch/snacks while you are at home? Does anyone make smoothies?

I think I'm the only giant smoothie nut here.   I make all sorts of green smoothies and I really believe in them!

My snacks are fresh fruits, veggies, and greek yogurt.  

Since I work ridiculously long hours with no breaks, I have to have something quick to make for lunch... so I typically do a lean pocket, I know it's definitely not the BEST for you, but it works for me!

Dinner I typically have chicken breasts made into some sort of meal, like a salad or a light pasta.. or sometimes just glazed with a dressing and broiled.

I need to eat more smoothies. I LOVE them, but whenever I make them the kids steal them from me. jerks. haha

Do you use smoothies as a replacement for breakfast or maybe a snack? I want to use smoothies as my breakfast but not sure what I should use to make them.

Are you incorporating exercise in as well or just consciously being aware of what your eating?

When I first started, I replaced my breakfast AND lunch with them, but now I just have them religiously for breakfast (and if I work REALLY late, I'll make a smoothie for dinner).

I've gotten most of my smoothies off this website:

I'd get two different types of greens, like spinach and kale or spring mix. Because you're not supposed to have the same green every day!

My daughter will only drink them if I put them in my thermos and don't tell her what's in it, lol.

haha. My daughter is a NUT. she loves healthy food. Seriously, she LOVES and asks for sliced bell pepper to snack on. Weirdo. haha.

My kids love everything though. They try to steal my coffee. I think maybe they're just jerks. haha

At least it means I have them to help with portion control! haha

Oh, I'm definitely exercising! I just recently started exercising 6 days/week again, but even when I'm not commited to a program, I make sure do exercise at least 3x/week.

And then I just make sure to make better choices, like taking the stairs or parking farther away.

I weighed in at about 217lb the beginning of this year and I'm now at about 177.5!
