Yes ma'am, glad to have shared. I am always looking at tons of different weight loss stories on the internet bc it keeps me inspired and reminds me YES, I CAN do it, and this paticular one(s) I just love and had to share. I have a long journey to go,(I am 227) but I feel so inspired and am cite!

That's great, and you can do it! I went from your current weight down to 160lbs in just over a year. It was super hard but totally worth it. I unfortunately ended up gaining like 20lbs from a birth control gone wrong and was 183 when I got pregnant this time. I am now 193 and hoping to not go above 200 by delivery but we'll see lol. Afterwards once my milk is established I cannot wait to lose the weight again. With this being my last, and doing permanent BC afterwards, it will be so nice to keep it off!

Yeah I just came across her TODAY and I am so in love, she is so inspirational, she is really the ''boot in butt'' I needed. So good to across someone who did their weight loss the RIGHT way, just seeing all her videos really makes me want to change and really helps me to believe I CAN do it.

It's going.... Slow! lol They always do at this point though. Having bad dizzy spells so midwife is trying to figure out why but otherwise things are normal.

So yesterday i ran with DH, we did a total of 3 1/2 miles, walked alot but ran a good portion. We also did bleachers, lunges, cherry pickers. I pushed myself so far and it felt great. we are going to try to do it together!!

But since starting to workout from the 9th till today i have done 16 miles!! plus i am doing crunches pushups, lunges, squats, bleachers, and other workouts. DH says he already notices a difference in my butt and my stomach!

Im hoping i will continue to lose inches and see great results!

How is everyone doing today?

Hi Ladies! It's been a while since I've posted here. How are yuo all?

I'm so stuck! lol. I've done really well, and in the last few weeks I have just fallen flat on my face. I've regained a few lbs but nothing major. I am just having so much trouble keeping with it!

Sigh. haha

I have been doing crunches and alot of strength training however i sprained my ankle and it has been a little over a week and I can not run until it is healed. So im trying to do everything else to still workout and gets my muscles.

i havent lost any weight however i do see a difference.



There is a slight difference and even today i see a difference. I need to take a picture.

I am happy with how its going even though i havent lost weight.

Hey ladies, glad to see you all in here. Sorry I too have been MIA, this pregnancy sucks ass. LOL.

I am 34 weeks and I think I am like 194 or 195 now up from like 183 pp I believe. I am too sore to even do my pregnancy yoga anymore. I feel about 90 yrs old and 50 wks pregnant lol. I am looking forward to having this last baby and then after recovery reclaiming my body as my own again!!

Whitney I can see a difference in your stomach area for sure!!!
