I have been doing better these past few days. I have found that if I just bring fewer snacks to work that I literally cant over eat because the foods not there so thats been helping to just suck it up and bring less food with me. Ive also been trying to eat foods that will give me more energy and keep me full longer like peanut butter and low fat cheese sticks. Does anyone have any other snack ideas that will be really filling? I wish I could chew gum but I feel like it would be unprofessional.
