Week 1: I am so embarrassed I let my self get to this high a number but starting weight is 295.. My goal for the week is to drink at least 64 oz of water a day!!

All that matters now is that you are going to change it and work towards a healthier weight! You have a good goal and I share in that goal! I am horrible about drinking water!

Yay cool. I will add you to the list once you give your starting weight. Also you have no name on your profile so you can let me know if you want to go by something else than Dino Mommy in the OP or not.

Okay ladies. I did my first weigh in and am truly disgusted LOL. However, I am changing it and so I will focus on my new changes not my old lifestyle that led to that weight.

My starting weight is 193! That is only 20 lbs below my delivery weight with my 3 1/2 yr old son.

My goal for this week is to stick to my diet and to have no butter or oils. Also to drink at least 64 oz of water everyday! I also want to go to the gym on Tues & Thurs and then be sure to do an equally active thing this coming up weekend.

I will add you all to the OP with your starting weights unless you ask to NOT be added to that list. If you want to only add your weight in your thread posts that is fine by me just let me know.

I'm gonna measure myself once my son lays down for his nap so within the next hour or so. I'll do measurements for the following:
Bust
Waist
Hip
Arm
Thigh
And of course my weight in lbs.

I am going to give a different goal each week. Not a weight loss goal just a goal I want to try to acheive.

That's what I am doing just wasn't sure how often you ladies were doing your goals.

My goal for Monday,February 27th 2012 is cut out all extra sugars & fats. (meaning unless a recipe calls for something no candy,soda,chips,etc etc) & to keep drinking as much water as I can (which is about 64-80 oz)

My start weight was 206, 4 weeks later I'm down to 192.
