Thanks I decided to up my calories a little and focus on even healthier items to see if this helps.. Sorry about Teavana but I'm sure the right job will come around  

Hey ladies, how you all doing? Well I did what I had planned and that was to increase my calories by a few hundred and so far it's done the trick. I am down to 163 now and while the weight loss is slower than beginning of low calorie diet it is more enjoyable and I feel better so hopefully my body will continue to respond positively to what I am doing now. I have been working out 4 times a week at the gym and feeling my endurance build up tremendously compared to when I started. Things are going good here, how are you girls doing and how is your progress?

Been slacking horribly this month and have really been lacking posting in this thread. Tomorrow starts a new month and I a new start.

I'm doing terrible.

We're packing/cleaning and headed back to KS this week. I'll be back on track as of next Monday and I seriously cannot wait.  

I had started work out in gym and I did one month on regular basis and then I don’t know where my motivation gone, Daily I feel very nervous about it tell me what step should I take towards it.

Well my April 1st jump started didnt quite work out. My whole family developed the vomiting flu on Monday night and we are still struggling. Hoping to seriously get back into the swing of things oh so soon!

How is everyone doing? I am really starting back into changing my lifestyle. I am sick of feeling crummy all the time. I am really going to start focusing on more on healthy eating habits to change my diet and going to try and become more active but not focus on working out as much as changing my diet and what I put into my body. Its hard to keep good eating habits and I really want to change my for the better. If anyone has any great meal ideas they would love to share that would be great.

I miss our thread being so active and hope all you ladies are doing well. I am excited for summer to be creeping up so I can be more outdoors with my family and start getting more exercise.

Day 2 of eating really healthy good foods. I also have only been drinking water. Anyone still hanging out in this thread?

I have absolutely no idea when the last time I posted in here was lol.. But I just wanted to say that I am down to 131.6! 11 pounds away from my UGW!! I'm so excited. My birthday is also this month on the 25, I'll be turning 21! Woop woop! Lol

Hey ladies! Good to see a few of you in here and on MFP! I am starting a reboot juice fast on Monday to kinda just clean out my system and give me a clean slate. I'll let ya'll know how it goes

I really want to do that. I started back before doing just 1 juice a day. But I wish I could commit to a complete fast. How long do you plan to do it for?
