Hey! I'm looking to lose 41lbs with zumba you should try it really sheds the weight off and it's fun. I've only lost 3lbs in one week which is healthy so it's okay.

WTF?!

Okay, so no food since Thursday. Only slimfast and broth, and I'm UP like 4 lbs. It better be swelling, haha.

I can't have real food and I'm gaining weight. I'm pissed. haha

It has to be! I am actually up cloesr to 6lbs I think, and I haven't gone over 1200 calories a day yet (and most days under that, not on purpose, but because it's hard to get all your calories).

I'm so upset. I'm back up over 160 and it's really upsetting, lol

I bet it is, could just be body is holding onto it because it's out of your normal routine. It isn't fat obviously so it'll drop quickly once you're back to normal! Try not to stress!

Welcome to the new members, I added you to the OP and if you would like to give me your name then I will add that as well...


So ladies things are just status quo here over the weekend so no update on my weight, had a few "healthy" meals out this weekend because we were on the go a lot, but I also went up to the mountain to go tubing with the family for 4 hours so I did get some physical exercise in to help balance it out. Still 167.5 or so and tonight is my gym workout and Zumba! Goal this week is to increase water intake, and workout 5 times this week, 3 at gym and 2 at home, and I'd like to lose 3lbs!

Do you all have goals for this week?

Hey ladies! This is going to be a post and run. But I'm not on here much because I hate mobile and my computer is sooooo slow.
Anyways. I got my mile time down to 9:27 tonight! And I'm nervous because I'm weighing myself tomorrow for the first time in like 3 weeks. I don't know if any of you ladies have instagram but I'm on there pretty much every day and I've posted a lot of updated pictures. You can add me if you like. My name on there is akvanosdol

Thats an awesome mile time! I am so ashamed to think what my mile time would be   do you use a treadmill or run outside?

Thank you Nichole, I appreciate it!   My goal for this week is to get in 3 cardios and 3 weight work outs. I think you have set some good goals, I am sure you will be able to achieve them!

Im sorry its been upsetting you   Its so frustrating when stuff like that happens and you gain when it doesnt seem physically possible! But I am sure the weight will come off sooner rather than later and probably some more! Hang in there

I have joined gym but failed to do it on regular basis because of some reasons what should I do? My mental condition stops me to do it on regular basis or to give it place in important priorities.

Had a bad 'ish weekend with food, Sushi & Chinese on Saturday and bbq at in-laws on Sunday, and lots of alcohol all weekend :/ Up 1.5lbs lol Boo!
