As long as you're not drowning your stuff in your dressing you're good!
Along with nuts, in small portions they're good. But if you eat an entire bag, yeah.. not so go good, lol.
It's taken me a over a year, but that's with a lot of ups an downs. I started in December 2011. I got to 185ish, then found out I was pregnant and M/C in April 2012. I weighed between 190-200 until June, then I started working out and eating better and got stuck between 182-188 until November. Then I kicked it into high gear and am now 168.
Now my goal is to get under 160, then under 150, then under 140! We're going to start TTC in July, so I'm hoping I can get as close to possible to my goal by then. I'm also I lot more motivated now than I was when I first started!
