How are you ladies doing?
I know its been awhile and I hope its ok that I just pop back in here. I started my new position at work January 10th and I have been working so much. I have been trying to now weigh myself every week but I can see a difference in myself. I went to the ER last Monday because I had kidney stones and I was done to 179.6! I dont remember the last time I was in the 170s!
Today I deep cleaned the whole house and then sat down to catch up on some shows. I started catching up on The Biggest Loser and watching the people on there just motivated me so much. We have lived in our place for 6 months now and my exercise stuff has just been sitting in a corner in the basement. I decided to go down there and pull it out. (dont mind the junk in the back and the ugly walls, it is the basement after all lol)
I just got done exercising and I feel great. 20 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins on the treadmill. Not very long, but man, my legs feel like jello lol.

Then these were JUST taken. Same outfit as well except my black sports bra is in the washer lol
I dont know if there is a difference, but I feel like my face is thinner and when I go into my old job (Where my last day was January 8th) everyone says I look thinner. Dont know if they are just trying to be nice tho lol.
Oh and tomorrow I want to go buy some hand weights for when I run on the treadmill
