Hit the 250 mark   I should have lost more this month, but I am happy with that considering how on/off I have been.

Good evening ladies! Wow my goodness those wraps sounds amazing! I may have to do them closer to this summer! So my weight this morning was 176   That's totally cool, 14 lbs in one month of hard working out and dieting. I know that next month will definitely not be high weight loss like that, my first month is always way high but that's okay as long as I continue to go down I'll have the motivation to keep it up. I have found my groove so far and have enjoyed tracking it all with myfitnesspal so thank you to whoever turned me onto that. You all are so helpful to me and I thank you so much. Love you got this, slow and steady will surely get you there and I hope you can find a less stressful job. This picture that I have on fb made me think of you and your boss:

and I also want to add, I am so excited. I met me a new friend and we get along pretty good so far, we are talking about hitting the gym together! (I'm thrilled, being a SAHM and terribly socially retarded lol - for the most anyway, I haven't really hung out with anyone hardly besides my hubby and family in FOREVER, it's so nice to have a girl to talk to!)

That's awesome! It seriously helps me to have a good workout buddy! Mine kind of sucks right now lol and that totally blows. I hope that it helps you get going good though, it sure helped me get back in the groove!

WOO! 14lb is AWESOME!

And yeah, I was amazed, lmao. I ordered another four! I don't have time to use all four before Seth gets home, so I decided instead of putting one on the front of my stomach, I'm going to use one on each side of my stomach to hopefully help slim down my love handles. (which they say you can do, so we'll see!)
