Thats great! Maybe you were just in a small plateau before? You look great in your pics!

Thank you! Im going to really push myself these next few weeks because I have my bridal shower on Feb 23rd so Id like to be at least 5lbs down more by then.

How many pounds does it take for yall to lose before you notice a change? Like do you notice every 5lbs? Every 10lbs? Ive lost 8lbs since Christmas (222 to 214 now) and I really dont think I can tell a difference. I ask SO but I never get a real answer from him lol. He just tells me Im beautiful and he doesnt notice my weight either way, which is sweet but I want to know! Maybe Ill do progress pics after a few more pounds and see if yall can tell

I seriously never notice a difference.   It's the only reason why I've started staying consistent with pictures, because now when looking at them I can really see a difference every 10lb!

And I'm sure you'll be able to lose another 5lb by then! That's a month away.  

I need an opinion on this outfit.. So, if it's terrible, PLEASE tell me. I seriously cannot find anything right now that I love, or even really like.

opinions? I need something comfortable (and warm  ), just for the fact that there's a good chance I'll be driving in it all day then we might be at the ceremony for a few hours before they even show up.

You think it'll be okay to wear?   I know it's pretty casual, but I just want to be comfortable since I know we're not going to have time to go to the hotel and check in before we go to the building the ceremony is held in, lol.

I think it will look great and I dont think its too casual at all. It looks like it will be comfortable but you will still look fantastic in it!

Your looking great I can def see a change!!! And look at your belly I see no stretchies from all those babies.

YAY! I ordered it so now I just have to hope it looks good one.

Yeah gotta do what works for you! For me it's a good thing when I'm losing, gives me the motivation to go workout and eat well, but when I'm not losing then it is a negative because like you're describing it would ruin me.

I really think my body was hating low carb, idk, all I can think is it was hormone related from nursing? I mean it was practically stalled for 2 wks.
