I took pictures too! I'll post the before/afters if there's a good enough difference! Either way, I'm going to use these 4 and see what happens and definitely take before/after of each one.

I measured myself after taking off the wrap and on the smallest part of my waist, I lost an inch and across my belly button I lost 1 1/4 inches! Nothing off my hips.  

Supposedly you keep losing over 72 hours, so I'll remeasure then and take my after pictures!

Thank you so much ladies, all of you are amazing and I am so blessed to have you guys to talk to without judgement. I have decided that obviously focusing on low carbs only isn't working. I am going to go with what I know to work and just do low cal. I started decreasing cals a few days ago and really decreased yesterday and between that and hitting the gym real hard I finally went down. I'm at 181.6 now so it's a start. I went to my doctor today and talked to her she doesn't think I have PPD but thinks that my usual/occasional regular depression may be starting to come back from the stress. I've also started getting my migraines back so she gave me Topamax to take for that. However now my dilemma is that I can't take these meds while breastfeeding.. Idk what to do. Working out is lessening my supply a bit but it's also decreasing because Sophie has been on a nursing strike and hasn't had a good day of nursing this whole week. This is truly a take care of her or me type of situation, you know??

Doesn't Topamaxx help with weightloss as well? I can only imagine how you feel though, it'd be hard to decide which to do! But, whatever is best physically/mentally for you, is what is essentially best for baby. So, if that means switching to formula so you can get yourself feeling better, don't let that get to you!!

I took topamax and it helped with ptsd but it also helped with weightloss alot! Im sorry you are having to make the choice, I agree with Alyssa if taking the medicine will help you it will help your LO too in the long run. I wish I could offer more words of advise but I have never breastfeed.

I weighed in at 215 today!! I thought with how I had been eating this week (ok but not as good as I had been doing) and skipping a few workouts I would stay the same or gain. I am so excited, it really motivates me to keep going!

YAYAYAYAYAY!!!  

So, I've decided I need to go back to weighing myself once a week!

Last Saturday I weighed in at 172.4 and Wednesday I was 171.6 and it seriously bummed me out, like I really thought I was going to be in another plateau because I was working so hard and eating nearly perfect. So, I rested yesterday and didn't eat as well as I normally do, because I was just bummed with myself.  

BUT! This morning I weighed 169.9!!!!  

I'm 10lb from my goal with what I wanted to be when Seth got back, which I know realistically isn't possible anymore. BUT I'm only 5lb away from my other goal (being 164.5 when I got pregnant with Kenz!) and I think that is definitely still possible to accomplish before he gets home.
