re: I HATE Target!!! Especially the Registry!!!!

I changed my due date on my registry now, so I can just get the 10% off of my pump and monitor and be done. I have gift cards and that's the only reason why I contiue to shop there. Also, I hope I can use it online, cause I don't want to have to go to that store again!

I'm so bummed now. My baby shower is in 5 weeks, and I can't go somewhere else to re-register my entire list. :[ Stupid stupid target! Do you think it's rude to put inside the invitations to "include gift reciept?" I don't want to be rude but it's just family so basically would you do it to your family if needed? lol

Target gives you those tokens to put in the invite taht reminds people to include the reciept, but I recieved very few reciepts. And yeah it doesn't sound good to say please include your reciept. I would understand now, but not many people would if they recieved that invite.

When I registered for Bed Bath and Beyond for our wedding they woudl even add items that people bought that weren't on the registry but that they were giving to you, so when you came to return them you wouldn't have problems. Granted taht was back in 2004, but still that's great customer service and what I think is the point of a registry. It should be easy for givers and recievers to deal with!!!

It does suck. The people at customer service made me cry. They were so mean.   There is no reason you should be stuck with 3 bathtubs. Did you get the Fisher Price aquarium one?
I have the Guest Relations number though. I'll be calling them tomorrow.

You can register for Walmart on their website. You don't even have to go to the store. Try that if you haven't sent out the invitations yet and then you can just put a note inside that you are registered at Walmart as well.

yeah target sucks, i get so mad trying to return stuff there. BUT, this is what I do... take the things to babiesrus or walmart and return them, because they will take back any item they sell it doesnt have to be bought there. then you can get a store credit. sorry if someone already suggested this!
