I move my hand over my belly in a circular motion and it gets mine moving after a few minutes.

try drinking oj, or eating something w/ a little sugar, lie down on your belly. . .usually helps. . .but depends on how far along you are. . .I didn't know for sure it was a kick until 21 weeks, and wasn't visable till later.

I was carrying really far outward with my daughter and I would put a hand on each side of my belly and kinda sway it back and forth.. little Mallory would go crazy! she would kick in the same exact spot every day too.. always at the same time. i just got to know her schedule

I'd lie down on the couch and drink a glass of Sprite. Within 15 minutes, Matthew would be all over the place. With this one, nachos seem to do the trick for some reason. I had three or four co-workers watching my belly and laughing yesterday, and you can barely see the motion on the outside! Can't wait till I'm further along if they think that it's so funny.

Sometimes if I lean foward, she will start kicking. If anything is pressed up against my stomach, she'll kick

When I have to do my NST - Non Stress Tests they request I drink something very cold just before arriving, so it can wake her up and once I lay down she isn't being rocked to sleep anymore. Also, caffiene sometimes works too (like a Coke) for me. I only have 2 a week, so I save one for NST days! They also buzzed her with this loud device and it gave her the hiccups and she was going with those for a little while too.

Good luck!!!!

Same here. I usually will lay on my back and put my cellphone or the remote on my stomach and he tries to kick it off! Works everytime. He is funny about HIS space though. This was the only way I got him to move for my MIL
