Workout DVDs

posted 13th Apr
Does anyone have any good suggestions on decent workout dvd's for my pp time? I'm wanting to try to find something I can start doing not long after I have my son.

Help please?

I've already bought the Buns and Abs of Steel 9 post partum video.

If its anything like the Buns of steel 8 prego video, I know I'm going to love it. Madeline Lewis is my favorite video workout guru.

I'll let you know in about 2 months though

I LOVE "core secrets" with gunnar peterson & brooke burke. They're not very long, work your core muscles & other body parts...you really feel it the next day. The buns one is my fav & whip you into shape while tightening up at the same time. Will be busting them out as soon as I can start exercising pp! You need an exercise ball..
