i'm 5 weeks

well i'm new at this .i'm 5 weeks pregnant partically a month ,alot of people are confusing me of weather or not i should or shouldnt be eating alot of spicy food they say if i do the baby will turn out with red rashes and im getting scared i dont want my baby truning out like that .

I CRAVED spicy food. Anything I could add hot sauce too I did. And I didnt get hearburn one time ( I was lucky!), my son has no rashes or anything. That is a false rumor lol... The only thing you have to worry about with eating spicy food is heartburn.

thos epeople dont know what theyre talking about. your baby wont come out with rashes if you eat spicey food. i reccommend reading up on pregnancy. "your pregnancy week to week" is good.

Eating spicy food will not harm your baby. You might just want to keep a bottle of Tums on hand. You will realize that a lot of stupid things will come out of peoples mouths when you are pregnant. You just have to laugh it off and ignore their stupidity.

my dr went by the 1st day of my last period .
