Swelling and Pain

I'm having problems with the swelling in my hands. It's to the point where my hands at times...are throbbing!! I already know it's fluid retention on the nerves of my hands is what's causing the pain. Does anybody know any home remedies or suggestions of what I can do or take that'll be safe to dull the pain without it affecting my baby?

Completly cut out salt and anything with sodium in it, and drink more water.
Elevating your swollen body parts above your heart helps too.

I wish I could help ya but I have the same problem with no relief. I havent had feeling in my first 2 finger tips in sooo long

My doc recommended compression gloves to sleep in. They are wonderful. I got them at wal-mart for about 10 dollars a pair. I still have hand swelling but it's not nearly as bad as it was
