my little girl is 13 lbs now   they are getting so big so fast! i hope AF shows up for you soon!

Took Arielle to the doc yesterday to make sure she isn't getting an ear infection. Turns out, it's just teething! And she weighed 15lbs 0.5oz!!! Doc also said I can start adding a little cereal to her formula, but I'm having a hard time with the stage 1 nipples, so I'm hoping moving up to a stage 2 nipple will help.

Either that or put a tooth pick through the nipple hole and boil it, then let it cool.

Alesia has been on a stage 2 nipple for a few weeks now. She does great with it. Why does the doc want th cereal In the bottle and not spoon fed? As soo as Alessia is 4 months I'm going to spoon feed her food.

Caelyn ate cereal for the first time tonight   she did great and loved it. She acted like she has always eaten with a spoon. I was going to wait until her 4 month check up but she had been nursing almost non stop today so we thought we would try.

Awwwww yeyyy!!! I was thinking about not waiting too. Alessia is 4 months next week. I realllly think she is ready.

I told the doc she was spitting up a little, so maybe that's why. I was able to find some y cut nipples and they've been working awesomely! She seems to love the formula/cereal mix. She's eating 3-4 every 3hrs and she's sleeping better at night! Overall, she seems happier.

Arielle will be 4mos old next weekend!!! I can't believe how fast time is flying by! I've already stocked up on some baby food. BRU had a great sell last week, I just couldn't pass it up! I was able to get 24 jars of the Earth's Best Organic baby food for $15!

I've started stocking up on baby food for Bailey, along with storage bowls for me to make her some food, too.

Bailey is so far behind the rest of the babies in here, it seems. Everyone's babies are right at 4 months, and BB is only 3 months today.

It only seems like she's behind b/c most of the October baby's couldn't wait to be born! Arielle was already gonna be a week early b/c of the sched c-section, and she still came another week earlier! I'm not complaining though, I'm just glad she made it to October!

We've tried to put a little cereal in AJ's bottles twice now and it doesn't seem to settle well with him   He spits up more and is more fussy. Too bad, because he sometimes only goes 2 hours before fussing for a bottle. He's also been super stuffy at night when he wakes up, so I think we need to pick up a humidifier. Has anyone else noticed their babies acting stuffy at night?
