re: ~*Official October 2012 Due Date Thread*~

Hey moms, happy holidays!!!! How is everyone? Things here have been CRAZY! We got the kids a puppy for Christmas which Im picking up Saturday and putting under the tree for an early present   Im so excited. Shes a Coon Dog [or hound dog] and we have names her Lyric!!

Brooklynn is doing so amazing! She will be 3 months old TOMORROW! She is 11lbs 1oz and 22inches long. Still a little thing but has gotten so big since she came home from NICU. She is just starting to lift her head of the ground but doesnt do it much. But she sure LOVES to stand. If we just hang on to her hands she will stand nice and firm for at least a min   I think she is gonna walk before she crawls, she is ready to run after her brother! lol We had to start supplementing with formula   but I got 3 months of booby only in so Im happy.

AJ is 2 months old TODAY! Crazy! We had to put off his 2 month appointment until next week because he's had a cold and they want him healthy for the next set of shots ( ), but at 6 weeks he was already up to 12 lbs 5 oz! He's definitely bigger now too, CHUBBY CHEEKS! He has colic but it seems a little better and he is starting to sleep a little better at night, usually just one feeding needed, which helps. I'm back at work and missing my boys but it feels almost normal again. I can't believe it's almost the first Christmas with our new babies!

I wish I could have just gone back to work, Ive been back since October.

Yeah, it was hard to go back but he was almost 8 weeks when I came back. The paycut was starting to really hurt with the holidays coming and now I'm paying the price of being gone so long, work is INSANE. I guess it keeps me from missing my babies as much though! I don't have time to think!

Yeah It took me like a week to get over it. I love work, Its my time away from the kids and SO. My work is fun though.. doesnt seem like its work.

Aww I wish I could post pics of my LO she will be 2 months the 23rd not sure how much she weights right now but she is soo big already smiling talking little mumbles and little laughs when you talk to her. She's crazy lol. Aww you must be a leopard print lover like me! I have lots and lots of her clothes and blankets and bottles leopard print as well  

We have an appointment tomorrow to see a developmental therapist for Bub's 2 month adjusted age check up. I'm really hoping it's all good news.

Yeah a little lol her whole room is zebra n leopard cheetah stuff, and so is my whole house lol

Lol cute. Im not to much in the zebra but leopard is my obsession. I have lots for myself as well

As of 12/11/12 Johnathan turned 2 months & today he is 9 weeks.  !
Went by to fast & still cant believe he will be 3 month's in January. He had his 2 month checkup & weighed 10lb's 12oz & had his shots, Tuesday. He cried for minute then curled up in mommy's arms feeling much better, he was fussy that night and the day after. I checked for a fever though-out the day & night, nothing unusual. I started him on formula recently i am still breastfeeding though. He seem's like such a happier baby, no matter how bad i didn't wanna use formula, i'm glad i did. Anyway's my computer is broken & i'm very busy with new baby & all so i haven't had time to update my page & upload picture's but here are a few from my facebook page i can simply show off.

He really is the light of my life. Being a mother is the greatest feeling & i wouldn't trade that for anything.

I had some brown blood/goop for like 3 days. Only when I wiped. Not sure what that was

Yes, I'm STILL bleeding. It's no where near as much. Once or twice a day, I'll just have blood gush down my leg unless I'm wearing something, then it'll stop an hour later.
