I stopped my PP bleeding at 2 weeks, had my first PP period at 4 weeks, and now I am passing some mucusy stringy bloody mess. It's nasty and it's messy. I have no idea what's causing it, either. Unless there's some of that junk coming out, I am not bleeding, but when I am losing it, it takes forever to clean up, even in the shower. :/

I had my first PP period at 7 weeks. It lasted exactly 7 days, with the worst cramping for the first few days. I saw my doc at 8 weeks PP and started my birth control pill

How can you tell if its AF or your lochia starting up again? Coz I've read that the lochia can come and go a bit? I started bleeding a little bit this morning, haven't had any blood for 2 weeks now so I'm wondering if it's AF

I stopped bleeding completely around 6 weeks. My little boy is 13 weeks tomorrow and nothing so far. Must be one of the lucky ones that doesn't get a period while BF lol.

Yeah I stopped my postpartum bleeding at 3 weeks too the thing is I have a super sensitive cervix so I think the exam at 6 weeks started some bleeding and then my body was just like hey lets bleed ha. I have two weeks left on my first month of birth control so we'll see if i get a period again. i'm hoping it just goes away for a while. Although I'm sure then I will be worried I'm pregnant haha.

Definitely lucky, I'm going to be pissed if the bleeding does turn out to be AF. The Lochia still hadn't stopped completely and I'm bleeding already?! How is that fair lol

How PP are you again?

I stopped around 3 weeks and bled again between 5 and 6 weeks, but I know it wasn't a period.

I'm 5 weeks at the moment. It's only a tiny bit of blood and there are no cramps or anything with it, and I usually get pretty bad cramps with AF. So it might be something else. I was still getting the browny/clear type discharge until I started bleeding this morning as well

I'm meant to be going back on depo soon and I didn't have a period for six years when I was on it before so hopefully AF stays away until I get the injection lol

Holy smurf lol.

I've been trying to decide what birth control to get on. I've gotten pregnant on both the Ring and the mini pill. I did them both the right way, so I don't know if it's just me or chance or what. But I cannot have another unplanned pregnancy (for health reasons.. my OB told me I'll be high risk next time).

I'm thinking of talking to a doctor about getting my tubes tied. A friend of mine is a nurse and said it's easy enough to get reversed. I just don't know if they'd consider me since I'll only be 24 in a month

I know they wouldn't do it on a 25yo that had five pregnancies, four children (her fourth pregnancy was a stillbirth, which made her extremely high risk for the fifth) in my country, I don't know what the rules are in yours. I also hear that it's not as reversable as everyone thinks, and it's a really intrusive surgery whereas the vasectomy is an outpatient procedure and can be reversed more easily. If your SO is willing to get the snip, that is lol.
It was great not having a period for that long, but no one told me that you're not meant to be on depo for more than two years at a time because it can cause your bones to weaken or something. And I'm lucky I got pregnant as soon as I did coz it can SERIOUSLY screw with your fertility. I only wanna be on it for a year or so this time around, then look into changing.
Lol sounds like you're extremely fertile! I got pregnant on the pill but lost the pregnancy, which I thought was due to the contraception. I never saw a doctor coz I was young and stupid so I'll never know.
Why do they say you'll be high risk next time?
