I'm also still waiting...I'm at 39+4...ugh...have an appt Tuesday and if nothing changes we will set up an induction date...the boyfriend and I have decided to set it up for Oct. 25...hopefully he will come before that cuz by them I will be 41+2....

Having contractions, again, at around 5 mins apart. Going to wait it out a little longer, eat and rest some and see what happens. I HOPE like hell this is it.

i keep saying the same thing... but it always stops after 4 hours or so

Lucky! I am two days past due. Yesterday, I had a buttload of contractions and they just stopped. SO and I are sexing it up tonight, hopefully it makes something happen.

I have been having consistant contractions for over 24 hours. They've been down around 5 mins apart for about 3 hours, now.

Baby girl was due today, scheduled for c section on 10.11.12 but came on 10.8.2012 at 11:37pm and weighed 6lbs 13oz 19 1/2 inches and LOTS of hair !  

I woke up really achy feeling and tired and just didnt want to do anything but lay around, I really needed to go to the store to get some last minute things before I was going to have the baby in 2 days. I started feeling contractions around 9 am but was only having one an hour and didn't think i was in labor at all. It stayed that way all day until like 8pm when I had maybe 4 in an hour, but all of them that I had were only maybe 20-30 seconds long (that I could feel anyways) So i decided I would take a hot bath then give my son his bath and feed us both and then we'd go to bed. Well my hot bath that ALWAYS relieves the cramping and pressure did not help at all but i sat in there until about 9 pm, while i was in there the contractions started picking up to about 10 - 15 minutes apart and were getting a little more painful I got out and got dressed and gave my son a bath and got him dressed for bed and the pain was really bad by then and I told my bf I had to lay down to relieve the pressure and then I'd be back up in a few minutes. All this time I had no idea I was in labor and I had two important appointments the next two days that i COULD NOT miss lol. About 9:45pm I decided that I should at least go (back) to the hospital (for the MILLION time this pregnancy) to have the contractions stopped until my scheduled c section. So i called someone to pick up my son and he left my house around 10pm . By this time I couldn't hardly walk because it felt like the baby was trying to shove her head out of my vagina RIGHT NOW, and was really really hurting. and OF COURSE we HAD to get gas cause bf was too lazy to do it earlyer that day haha. so at 10:20pm we were pumping gas and by 11:37pm she was born by c section at the hospital! When I arrived at L&D , who i forgot to call and let them kno i was coming ahead of time, LUCKILY could see that they should probably hurry and check me instead of hook me up and check for contractions and all that stuff then check like they usually wanna do cause when the nurse checked me she said " HA YOUR 8CM! " and I started bawling lol I was soo scared and it was SOOO unexpected, I had NO CLUE, and she said the contractions were every minute lasting a minute.

An hour and 17 minutes after leaving my house she was born, This baby was really trying to be born at home! I was really going to just go to bed and try to sleep it off and its unbelieveable to think I labored to 8cm at home when I had no idea I was in labor.

awww she's beautiful! congrats!

So... The only thing thats changed with me over the past few days is that im sick.... Backache... Achy everywhere... On and off headache... Chest hurts... Throat hurts... And i keep getting hot flahes. Its a lazy day in our house today so im hoping i can fill up on fluids and get some rest to feel better. It would suck to go into labor being sick!

I've been walking. I think over the last week, I've averaged about 5 hours of walking a day. And I am having all the sex my poor vagina and hips can handle!

Just an update on my baby girl Alessia. She will be 2 weeks old on Tuesday. She is amazing such an adorable cuddly loving baby. She wakes up once during the night and is just so sweet. Here are some updated pictures of her.
