For lunch I was dying for fresh biscuits with pepper gravy and a side of bacon. Topped it all off with a big glass of orange juice. Sooooo yummy. I was going to make it for breakfast but had to wait for the bacon to defrost. I was worried how the biscuits would turn out because of the heat but they were great.

I think I'm going to take it in the morning. I took off most of my clothes when I got home and don't feel like putting them back on, lol.

I think I am going to add halloween/autumn themed tiny newborn/infant sized hair barrettes to the hat thread if anyone is interested. I'm just trying to think of a way to ship them without them getting squished on the way.

Wow, can't believe it's Friday already!! Gonna be a busy weekend! Have a cake ball order and I made some Houston Texans bows for baby girl, and some of the hubby's friends saw and ordered some!
Also, gonna be 24 weeks this weekend!! Can't believe how fast everything is moving! I've been keeping busy around the house. Trying to take a day each week for a chore, (laundry day, sweeping and mopping day, vacumming day, bathroom day, etc) just so things don't get out of hand and in case I do go on bedrest again. During the first tri, I was so tired, my house was a complete mess and don't want that to happen again!

Any of you that have older kids, have they had the hand foot mouth disease that's going around?? Looks like my 4 year old has it which means my 2 year old isn't far behind. Is it harmful during pregnancy? I don't know if I ever had it as a kid or not. I'm waiting for a nurse from their doctor to call me and i'll ask her, but idk if she's know

It normally only effects young children (5 and under) and is rarely seen in adults. If by some oddball chance you do catch it, it normally does not pose a risk to baby unless they are born while you are still contagious. The biggest thing is to make sure everyone is washing their hands regularly and covering their mouth if they cough or sneeze.

ok, good. if i got it now, there's no way i'd still have it in October. i may have them wash their hands every half hour or so. is that too paranoid to have them wash them that often? how do i disinfect toys? stuffed animals i can throw in the washer. but what about electronic type toys that can't get fully submerged?
