Hi there.

I just had to respond to this because I actually own and have done the Slim in 6 program before. While I'm currently in my 2nd trimester and I can't work out right now, I will probably use the Slim in 6 on and off once I deliver.

The thing with using Slim in 6 is that, like anything, you have to actually do it as instructed or you'll get minimal results if any. I did the whole thing and I did lose a bunch of inches, but as far as weight goes... I think I was more shaping up that first round more so than anything. I would say, bottom line, that it's certainly worth it if you do the program as instructed. I will also tell you that if you're not used to working out regularly, this program will work you out something fierce! It starts out with the first part of it being like a 45 minutes workout andmoves onto being over an hour. It works your entire body and you WILL SEE RESULTS IF YOU STICK WITH IT!

Good luck!

I have it, I did the video and followed the eatng plan and I lost 60 pounds in 4 months. That was about 2 years ago, but I am thinking about starting it back up again. It really does work though.
