how to copy and paste

hello does anyone know the steps to copy and paste the tickers i am having problems with it .

i have not been able to do it also

on your about me seciton, it has a B for bold a i for italisised(sp?) link, image, a smiley face, and "CODE" click code, there will be a little box, paste the HTML code there and click "ADD CODE" make sure your curser is where you want the ticker tho!!
