Preemies first birthday

Ladies I am making invitations for Annabelle's first birthday party... I want to have something on it that says how far she has come in the last year- she was born at 33 weeks. Any ideas?

Aww that would be sweet on like a NICU journey frame with the beginning to end pics. I'm sad we already made her NICU journey scrapbook for when she's older, I would've loved to have put that in there!
