Pregnant four times all on the first try in my late 30s. I am regular and know when i ovulate. I don't think there is a trick to it, just the luck of the draw.

My ob said that his patients with regular cycles get pregnant fairly quickly in general.

I got pregnant the 1st time we tried both times. First one ended in a loss.

I got pregnant 6 months after I got off birth control

I got pregnant the week we decided to TTC my first. We just had sex every other day. Now I'm on clomid and not so lucky.  

With my first two kids, I got pregnant the first week we decided to have a baby and got a positive OPK, so yeah pregnant first try with both. Since I am still not ovulating, I am hoping that the first time I ovulate this time it will be caught and get me the BFP! But it's been a year since I have been waiting for ovulation. (nursing my toddler son is keeping AF away still! )
