Frustrated

I am really frustrated.  I have recently moved with my husband to his home town.  I am frustrated because I don't have any friends that are going through the same things that I am.  I appreciate people that have had kids before but the people around me think that something isn't right if something about my pregnancy is like theirs.  I am also tired of people trying to tell me that I am having twins because I am so big.  I am beginning to think that I need to where a sign that says NO there are not twins in there.  He isn't a big baby. Everything measures just fine.  My husband is as supportive as can be but it isn't the same as having another girl that is going through the same thing.  Am I going to go nuts!

Oh god, I know what you mean... I was so big during my pregnancy, I meausered 3 weeks more! everyone said I was having twins.

I'm going through the same thing too.
We just moved from Alaska to Nebraska and I know no one!
It's really tough being pregnant and not having a support system.
On top of that, just missing friends and family can drag ya down too.
I hope you meet some really nice people soon!
Have you taken birth classes? Or plan on taking them?
Maybe you could meet someone there!

Just ignore those people who ask you if you are having twins (which I know is hard to do, especially since it's such an irritating question).. just look at them funny and walk away lol!
Everyone grows differently when they are pregnant!

my ob/gyn said im measuring a MONTH bigger...  i went into tim hortons and got an ice cap one day and a donut   and this girl walks up to me and shes like...."are you having a baby"? i was like "um, yaaaaa", and shes like "just one" i was like "yeeeeeees" and shes like "but you're sooooo big" "mhhhmmmm".....and she looked DIRECTLY at my donut (bitch) and Then she had the nerve to say "i NEVER got that big with MY daughter" i was like ok, good for you buh bye. then i got a2 more donuts to go

If I were you I would have shoved the whole donut in my mouth and smiled   ha ha ha, I hate rude people. But I'm glad you didn't let her get to you!

I did go to a child birth class but it was short and people were much farther along.  In  a small town they don't offer the class all the time.

I wish I could have a donut!  I have ges diabetes and have to really watch the sugar and carb intake

it really bugged me, and i told my b/f and he just laughed, now i just remembered it and it pissed me off all over again....damn little bitch....and i want a donut again. i wonder what she thought when i got those donuts....hahahahaha

People are telling me I'm huge all the time.When they say that I'm sitting there like...well yeah I'm almost 37weeks pregnant,I don't need you to tell me that! It's starting to get on my nerves lol.I actually have a shirt that says "I'm fat because I'm pregnant what's your excuse" haha!

Kansas is bad enough as it is! Nothing to do in this state unless you live in a big city! ricalee where do you live and how far are you? Im in Kansas also and im 8 weeks, I have diabetes but its not gestational.. its type 1, so its hard though lol
