Any preemies...?

my friend had her baby at 25 weeks and he was fine except that his lungs were not fully developed but he is doing pretty good now...and since ur little one will be in there longer im sure it wont eb anything to serious...besides with all the things doctors can do today....dont worry!!!

my twins were born at 36w1d..hey both weighed a little over 5lbs and were in preemie diapers for over a month..

I had my daughter at 35wks and she was fine she had a lil bit of breathing trouble at first but that was mostly cause she was breach. Her ribs were pushed up during birth. Other then that she is fine its just hard to find cloths to fit her cause she is tiny.

So you will be 35 or 36 weeks along when your baby comes. Good for you. I was 32 weeks when my first baby was delivered due to severe pre-e. I also knew a few babies that came into the NICU at about the gestation your looking at and trust me it won't be that bad. Your little one will probably stay a day or two longer than most babies at the hospital for monitoring but not much else to expect. Your baby will be small, especially with the pre-e so probably around 4-6 lbs but that isn't much to worry about either. Just take care of yourself. Had +2 protein in urine today and blood pressure was 149/103, nomally is 126/62

I had +3 protein consistently for 3 weeks before they took Annabelle emreg c-sec. and my bp was closer to 200's/130's. So your not doing so bad. Trust me go check out preeclampsia.org they are a great resource.

That's pretty high, I think the highest that it's been is 159/113 but since bed rest, have lost 3 1/2 lbs of water weight.

Wow that is allot of water weight though edema has nothing to do with the pre-e cause you can have edema really bad and no pre-e or you can have pre-e with no edema.

When they decided to deliver my son at 30 weeks my BP was 173/111

Edema has alot to do with preeclampsia. The increase in the protein in your urine from the preeclampsia has a major effect on how much edema you have. I have a kidney disease so I'm pretty nephro-saavy.

Any complications with vaginal delivery? I think that's mostly what I'm worried about.

I had no progress so I ended up with a c-section. I was induced and 19 hours later had no progress.
