Pumping/Breastfeeding

I have been pumping since 4 hours post c-section and i started getting a flow yesterday from my right nipple--over night it has gotten increasingly better. I got a few drops from the left yesterday and today it is like a dried well. Anyone know why this may be occuring or what i can do to better encourage production from this breast?

It's natural for one boob to produce more than the other. Just keep pumping, and you can massage your breasts while you pump which will help stimulate let down. You can also try taking some fenugreek and mother's milk tea.

You can put a warm wet cloth around your breast drink alot of fluids before you pump it will help a lot you can eat oatmeal like an hour before pumping that helps increase your milk supply hopefully this can help
