September mommies

Hey everyone i was just curious to know has any of you september mommies bought stuff for baby yet and if not when do you think is the best time to start or should i buy stuff the whole time.

I've bought a few onesies and a crib set that comes with a crib, dresser, and changing table.

well ive just bought a pair of onesies till now!!!! my husband thinks we should hold off on buying stuff atleast till the baby shower, just to see wat all we get n then go buy..... so that we dnt have to return things later on!!!!

I haven't bought anything... I'm terrible! LOL. We wont buy anything until we know what we are having.

I mean i'd like to wait to see what i get at my shower too but i know what i'm having so it should be ok to buy like clothes and diapers and stuff right?

LOl I almost have everything, I have clothes for both a boy and if its a girl, I have a crib, changing table car seat stroller, bedding and I even have a good stock of diapers. I was lucky enough to have most everything, but the clothes given to me by his family memebers. I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby though cause then we can really set the nursery up and buy more clothes 

I'm waiting to find out what I'm having also.. 1 week from today!!! I heard that sometimes it takes a while for the baby to have all the "boy parts"!!! I'm affraid they'll say girl because I get u/s to early....Does that really happen alot I wonder?

We have a co-sleeping bassinett. Im waiting until it gets warm here before I go all out on my baby shoppin spree

I haven't bought anything yet, but I'm going to start buying a pack of diapers a week!  I know newborns go through diapers like crazy, so I'm going to stock up. Then if I have extra when the baby needs a bigger size I can exchange them! That's all I've really thought about so far. My sister is supposed to give me a lot of stuff, but since I don't know if I'm having a boy or a girl yet, I can't really get anything else. Maybe furniture, but we're trying to move before the baby is born, so I am going to wait for that too.

Havent bought anything as of yet ...but I know after I find out if girl or boy ..its going to be really hard not to buy stuff!! So saving money for now until the us on the 21st LOL

I mean i want to wait but i'm just too excited lol and i mean i could buy like onesies and stuff like that and diapers and bottles because you can never have too much of that stuff

That would be a fun little suprise!!! I hope that doesn't happen to me!! Well I'll be almost 19 weeks when I go...I was trying to hold out as long as I could before making an appt. but......I WaNt to know!!!!

Yeah, I think it's a good idea. If you have the money to start, why not! You can probably get stuff like the baby bath and other not so gender specific things. I've done a lot of "window" shopping online. It's good to see what's out there too so when you're ready you already have your mind made up. I also keep a list of things that I need to buy, so I don't forget about anything when the time comes to go shopping!
