I am hoping to compete in my very first competition at the end of this year. I have plenty of time but A LOT of work to do.
Plan changes once first month is completed at this end of this fourth week.
This is a weekly plan for my workout starting off. I am not doing P90X untill i am ready to shred up this time. I need a different approach.
My meals will be timed, at : 8am breakfast, 10am snack, 12noon lunch, 2pm snack, 5pm dinner, and 7pm snack.
They will be low carb high protien high greens.

Im looking to bulk up the shoulders and bis, def build my back, cut down my torso, build up my legs and booty.
Gaining weight terrifies me as i am in recovery from an eating disorder but i kno to reach my goal it is possible my weight will change, this is why i refuse to go by weight. I have no idea my current weight i am just estimating based on my last weight in december....
