The girls are good. Growing fast Sally is 15 months already and we r talking about the third and finally baby soon. I can't believe it. I am good just fighting to be stronger every day.

doing well. think my 3 year old has been inhabited by an alien... lol terrible baby fever!! cant believe you're talking 3rd, that's awesome! and i cannot believe she's 15 months already?!? where does the time go? and yeah.. my stats are... not hot ha!

i think you look amazing already. what kind of diet plan are you following? i was doing really well, then came the holidays and i totally fell off and now im having a really hard time letting go of the carbs again and getting back on track. i lost 22 lbs and now ive stalled, but i still have another 25 lbs to go. my goal is to get down to 18% BF, but i need diet help.

Im beginning Circut training ... 4 circuts a day, 5 min cardio intervals between circuts.
Day 1 Upper Body
Day 2 Lower Body
Day 3 Cardio Abs
Day 4 Upper Body
Day 5 Lower Body

Day 7 REST
6 meals a day. high protien carb boost 1x a day

Updated. Im a lil discouraged. This last week was rough on me diet wise because i ran out of groceries fast and didnt have the money to shop so i consumed yuckies but i went shopping yesterday so im really hoping that i can seriously kick butt. It is super slow progress and im being impatient but my goal is still 5 months away so here is hoping i start to see something happening.
may cut back on my intake a little soon also

Updated again.
This is my 4th week , at the end of this week im actually going to change my routine again, i am not putting on the kind of weight i need to be, Im actually losing a little and right now i cant afford that. So i will begin lifting heavy again and doing muscle group isolation for a period of 4 weeks as well as keeping my cardio to 30 min 3 x a week.
My calorie intake is around 1800 and im keeping starches limited while increasing my protien intake. I feel like im eating all day long! oh wait... I AM!!!!

Home, I live far from town so I can't drive an hr to the gym every day. .. I do however have dumbbells sets in 20 lbs, 15 lbs, 10 lbs, 2 sets of 5 lbs and 2 lbs, I have kettle balls in 5 lbs, 10 lbs and 15 lbs, a pull up bar, a spin bike, and a bowflex ultimate. there really is no excuses lol.

I have been working out at home too, I just find it harder to be motivated at home than at the gym...

I agree. I workout better when I'm under pressure or if I have a partner. When I was training my sister in law u did insane for myself. But now I feel like I'm trucking along this journey slowly. Its frustrating but its all good. All things in time. Too bad u can't come train with me lol

me too lol! I am thinking about buyimg a dvd to work out with and see if that helps. we just moved, and before we moved I had access to a free gym with child care and a trainer. it was so much easier then lol

ok so im human and i slacked off a little. Ive been keeping up GREAT with my diet but my workout routine got a little messed up. I just havent been able to find time lately!!! SUPER depressing! I had hoped by week 6 to be a lot farther in the process but i wont be too hard on myself.. I am going to kick ass. another 6 weeks in my 12 week program to adjust some things. Still needing to bulk up But we will get there!
