seriously read this I'm so upset!!!
I've been looking for a play yard( baby gate/toy that keeps children in one area) for the twins to keep them out of Christians toys. So I found one on Criags list and talked to a woman about trading one of the boys' exersaucers, a few toys, and ten dollars for it. She told me it was in good condition and brought it over. Sean didn't have enough time to really check it out and she left. He went to wipe it down and realized it had water in it! Upon further investigation he found one with mildew on it and another with toys that were rusted!!!!!!!! I called her like 7 times and didn't get an answer. Finally she sent an e-mail saying she was sorry and we would figure something out. I get home from work and see she posted my exersaucer on Craigs List for $30. And I know its mine b/c its missing the same two pieces, and she is in the same area.

So I created a false e-mail to inquire about buying the exersaucer and as soon as she reply's i'm getting her address and making sure everything is taking care of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets hope I calm down before then. So I made a fake e-mail address inquiring about my exersaucer under a different name. And sure enough when she wrote back it was the same woman. She gave me her address and i'm suppose to go pick it up today as Kristina Applegate.

So this should be interesting b/c I don't know what to say but she has no idea what I look like or what I drive!! So I guess i plan on more than anything grabbing the exersaucer and taking it back to my car as I claim I am going to get the money from my purse and then just leave!!! I think the look on her face will be priceless and even though I lost the money I gave her and the couple toys i'll have the exersaucer to be able to sell as well! When it comes to my kids i don't take any ones shit and I refuse to become a victim! So it will all go down around 4 or 4:30 and of course i will give you an update!! She also just sent me her address!!!! I was so mad I was shaking last night!! I'm better now after taking my chill pill but this will be resolved!!

hun im sorry.. i know how it feels to be stressed ( believe me)..but above all, before you do anyting that oculd get you into trouble, just remember the little angels(who are beutiful btw) you have at home depending on you. i hope you get everything worked out.

Oh Boy! Hopefully everything will work out the way you want it to. I have never bought anything off of therebefore. Good Luck...keep us updated.

don't I can't be pissed at my husband b/c he didn't have time to inspect them and she said it had just been in her garage. But they all had water in them and the white panel was rusted on the toys its not even suitable to be around kids!!

OMG that sounds hilarious! But how are you so sure you'll be able to pull it off? She might want the cash first before she hands it over and then what?! But oh I'd totally be in your mindset right now.. That craigslist sounds like a doozy.. What do people just buy stuff for cheap and hawk it for more on there? lol.. I hope you can get stuff straightened out with this broad.. luck

good luck girlie! You thought of a great plan! I can't believe she took advantage you guys like that- she obviously doesn't care about children at all! Rust and mildew! Ewww. . .and omg, how did you think of Kristina Applegate? Love it! I hope you get it w/out any drama! Are you going to let her know who you are? Or just take it and go? Anywho, can't wait for the update later on!

I think i'm just going to take it b/c she knows where I live and I don't want her coming over here. The Kristina Applegate just came up I have an awesome imagination and I didn't want her to put to and to together! Pray it will go good! I'm taking her crap in my trunk just in case so no matter what I will be in the right b/c if i'm there and something goes wrong i'll call the police and say I was just there to return my stuff!!

That really sucks! I have had much better experiences on Craigslist, but there are always some horrible people out there who don't care what they do! Ugh! I hate those people! Good luck!

lol, she won't answer her phone with my number but she just e-mailed back saying she would be there all morning so i'm going right now!!!!
