i still wish i couldve gone longer BFing, but too many situations made it impossible... i felt like a failure for a while, but ive finally realized that i have a better relationship and bond with my son now that i bottle feed

Emma began laughing! She will just giggle a little for me, but she will get squealing and laughing like crazy for her dad.
She discovered her diaper the other day too. She only gets one side undone, but that's enough to make a mess!
She went to the ped yesterday and she weighs 14 lbs 8 oz and is 24.5 in long.

aww isnt it so great hearing that laugh, its like we've never heard laughing before our lil ones laughed for the first time lol

My baby boy found his "pee pee" the other day while diaper changing. Now at every change he's always grabbing at that thing, lol

lol Anna did the same thing. She plays with her tootie and its too funny. She just squeezes it hahaha

ahhhhh i am so not looking forward to the boy parts discovery   cedric has already been giving me enough trouble when i change his diaper now... we have a movie poster of kung fu panda above his changing dresser, and for the past couple weeks, every time i lay him down to change his diaper and/or clothes, he kicks away and gets so happy to see the poster... i know when he has the peepee discovery, my job as diaper changer will be much much harder

and Mama Cutxthroat, I think it's funny that your little girl does that. I've only had boys so I just assumed it was a guy thing. lol. I didn't even know girls played around down there too!

Haha that is so cute that he kicks and gets excited when he sees kung fu panda. There isn't anything specific yet, besides our faces we make to him, that Eli gets really excited about.

It really is! Now we want her to laugh all day long. She gets kinda sick of us lol

that's cool. gabby gets mad when we take toys away from her, she has a saucer where she plays the piano and plays songs that i dance to and she takes a crack out of it. i love it. go here to check out this video of her when she was 3 months and 1/2 - now she demands toys to be given to her, at first it was cute, not is a little annoying.

Oh no! I don't think my husband would be able to handle that. He said he was happy to have a girl because he didn't want to need to deal with boys and their weiners.

lol me too! I was shocked! But I read somewhere to just let them explore, because thats all theyre doing. So I just let her do her thing for minute and she gets bored and stops so I finish changing her nd clean her hands off lol
