Alani has discovered her diaper & now she keeps trying to get it off, lol This morning I heard the velcro noise in her crib & when I checked she had already undone one side...now we have to keep her in onsies all the time I guess.

lol, thats what i thought too. our little chef! i dont think he looks chunky either except for his little legs. but doc said he is "sustaining well on the formula" lol

lol lets just hope shes not a painter! I remember babysitting an infant when I was a teen and she would go down for her nap and when she woke up I went in there and there was poo EVERYWHERE. It was all over her hands and her face, the crib the walls. YUCK UGH!

ooh i am not looking forward to the diaper and boy parts discovery lol... luckily i keep a onesie on cedric, so no chance of him getting the diaper off any time soon.... he is a stander now tho... he'll hold my hands and lift himself up, and a lot of times, he's mad until he's standing.... he may be walking by time hes 6 or 7 months... not looking forward to that.... and as of next sunday, he'll be 4 months

wow! pullin himself up?! Thats crazy!! Anna will stand when I hold her hands but I have to put her in the standing position and shell just stand there looking around for a while. Shes a little wobbly sometimes and I call her my little hoola girl haha

yea, i used to pull him up, but hes learned how to do it himself, so i just hold his hands and he gets up on his own most of the time... hes still a bit wobbly, but getting sturdier every day

Bottle babies... what size nipple are you on? I tried switching OKat to 2's but it flowed way to fast. Curt's mom said she should have been on 2's a while ago.

Not neceassarily. Every baby is different and if baby seems content with the slow flow then I would just stick with it

Thats what I figured, I am leaving her on 1's for now. I have told her not every 4 month old is on 2's and she said prove it...so here I am lol

lol yea I use the ones and I put oatmeal in her bottle every once ina while and I have to use a size 2 nipple for her to get it out (shame on me) but other then that shes defintly on 1s although lately Ive been noticing that the nipple colapses when shes eating but havnt really worried about it because I mostly breastfeed (and feed her breastmilk from a bottle maybe once every 2 days)

cedric is still on slow flow, he just drinks really fast

i just put LJ on the 3-6 months avent nipples (i guess that is stage 2) and he isnt fussing at the bottle anymore!

Ladies,wanna hear something so weird???!! you know how i told you guys gabby became a cry & fussy baby overnight, well, she's fine now. She happened to be fussy around the same i began menstruating....(i breastfeed)..and i actually wondered if that would affect her, and i read that it does, some babies also get their hormones all crazy, and i thought it was the weirdest thing that my little one got affected...I feel bad she had to go through it, but hopefully next month i dont get my period and we'll both be fine..

wow... things like that make me kinda glad i dont bf lol... cedric has his own times where he gets fussy, i dont need him any more of a crier than he already can be

Good for you...breastfeeding can be a big challenge and commitment, its been hard but i dont regret any momment of it.
