My little girl is 3 weeks today! She was 7lbs 8oz when she was born and went home at 6lbs 10oz. Last week she was back up to 7lbs 6oz and I think she just had her 3 week growth spurt cause she was eating nonstop and feels like she's a LOT heavier out of nowhere!
The only hard thing is she doesn't sleep at night, she sleeps a lot during the day and is wide awake at night.
I am still bleeding a little from my section, but the pain is almost nonexistent.

Pirate mama, I noticed the same thing with no appetite. I never want to eat, andthat is so not me!I couldn't stop eating before. ButI've already lost 33lbs!

I know I am not complaining too much I have lost 36 pounds! And I only gained 42 during this pregnancy. So YAY for loss of appetite lol

I can't believe March babies are already turning one month! it goes by way to fast.. i feel like i just gave birth... really. im in SO much pain still.
i stopped bleeding a week or two ago.. but it still hurts.
and so does my back!
Kaleb will be 4 weeks on Thursday! and one month already on Sunday! i can't believe it!
he is getting so big! at his 2 week appt he was 10lbs 4oz and 21 inches.. but im sure he's grown alot since then b/c he is growing out of some of his NB clothes already!

as for the no appetite.. it must be a PP thing b/c i never want to eat either! i have not eaten at all today and im not even hungry.
it is great for the weight loss though.. im working on 40lbs now... i just know once the appetite returns all that weight is going to come back FAST lol.

Luke is 4 weeks old today. He is getting so big so fast... at out last appointment he was 9lbs 5 ounces. That was last week so I am guessing he has topped 10 lbs.

Unformtunately his sleeping isnt consistant yet. Some days he will stay awake during the day and sleep through most of the night, but others he will just stay awake all night crying and squirming.

Today fortunately he has been awake all day so he should sleep and only wake up for feeding.

I think I am just having a problem getting him on a schedual.

I haven't stopped bleeding.. and just yesterday I started cramping.. I started birth control at 2 weeks pp.. && Friday is my day to "start"..
So, I still haven't stopped bleeding from child-birth and am fixing to start my so- called period. Great,huh?

Ladies, I remember when our avitars were pictures of our bellies or our sonograms.. Now, they are beautiful babies.. CONGRATS and Good Luck!

Just curious...How much are your little ones eating? Olivia is on 4oz every 3 hours, but sometimes she acts like she is still hungry and can polish off another ounce. She seems like she eats alot!

Im sure Olivia would be eating the same if she wouls stay awake. Most of the time she falls alseep mid bottle and wakes up an hour later to eat more.

Brett will eat 2 oz every 2 hours. I give him 4 before bed, and he will sleep about 4-5 hours with that.

Emma has been eating 4oz every two hours. We kept trying to give her 3 during the day but she always wanted at least another ounce. I'm glad she's not the only one eating that much!

I WAS an April mama but my little one showed up March 28th.   My baby girl is doing pretty good. She'll be two weeks tomorrow!! We have her check up at 10am and I'm excited to see how much she's gained. She sleeps on and off during the day..she's started her growth spurt today so I'm dreading the feedings tonight. lol Other wise she's been sleeping good 3 hour stretches, which I think is pretty good for a breastfed baby..remembering the hell my other two put me through at night..lol! I feel okay, still hurting a bit but trying to take it slowly. Sounds liike most everyone is doing great...or at least pretty good.  

Coi Madison is 4 weeks today and will be 1 month on Sunday as well! She was 6lbs 2oz when she was born and 6lbs 10oz at her 2wk checkup. I'm sure she has gained weight as I see her thighs are getting thicker but she still isn't filling out her NB clothes and can barely fit most of them. She is BFing well and wakes up about every 2.5 hrs, last night she had a 3hr stint, I was excited!! I can't wait for the day when she sleeps 4-5 hrs...I swear that day is FAAAAAAAAAAARRR in the distance but I guess I should be optimistic.

Oh boy she has been keeping me up these past few days. It seems like everytime I put her in her crib 10 mins later she will cry. Sometimes it because she has gas other times she just wants to be held....ooh here she goes now! lol That was a false alarm she went back to sleep...lol

The cries, grunts and weird noises she makes in her sleep are hilarious. The first time I heard them I was concerned but I've been told all NB's make noises. What kind of sounds come out of your NB's mouths?

She has been lifting her head since she was about a week old. When she is on my chest she will literally lift up and turn to the other side!! I was shocked when I first saw her do that! She still only smiles in her sleep or when her eyes are open but she is kinda in a dream state. I'm anxious for the day when she looks at me and smiles.

People keep telling me to enjoy this infant stage but I can't wait for her to get older...call me crazy...I'll take it! lol

I've basically been spotting for the past 2weeks, will it be like that the entire time I'm BFing? It's annoying but I guess its better than a full fledged period...I 4got what those are like!! LMAO
