aw im so sorry   mhh i dont think i could handle another loss. I know one of mine was due to that. I just want to stop taking the opk now - but then i will be afraid of missing the surge lol i think the only time im not POAS is when af is here lmao

How long does the surge last? i test between 5-6pm, is there a chance it could be happening in the morning time and im missing it?

Not likely. The surge is usually detected a day or two beforehand and it will stay positive for 24-76 hours.

I POAS tomorrow  

man this sucks! i do have a line 99% of the time but its not nearly dark enough. So do you usually get a dark positive 2 days in a row then if you O? Todays was a little darker than the previous ones, so maybe i will surge tomorrow?

maybe we will both get our bfp tomorrow? although your preggo one will be a lil more exciting than my O one lol Fingers crossed for tomorrow!!

Mine would kind of get darker, but it never matched the control line or got darker than it. It was dumb. I kept testing and it never got to the positive point. It was SO frustrating! Once you get a positive, they say you should ovulate within 12-48 hours if I remember right.

Hopefully you do get your BFP tomorrow! I'm not thinking I will, but I will totally be excited for you if you get one! I'll be praying for you!

Thanks   Ive just read that its best to test 2-3pm, but that you should do it the same time everyday. I normally dont test till 5/6pm, so i think i will test abit earlier tomorrow and see if that makes any difference. Jeez why cant it be tomorrow already?! lol

That might help. I used to do mine at 4:30. Make sure you majorly limit liquid intake before you do it! I used to stop drinking for like 4 hours before mine.

I want it to be here too! I'm so impatient. I don't even know if I have anything to look forward to, lol

It looks like my anticapation was correct! AF showed up this morning...but it's more spotty than reguar...i dont know if that is b/c the d & c or what.

I'm pretty sure it will be normal by the end of the night or tomorrow morning though since i have some MAJOR cramps!!

I had a question though...i've been taking my BBT and it dropped from 97.71 on thrusday to 97.25...does the dramatic drop mean something do to with AF??

Aww, I'm sorry sweetie! The drop in temp probably does have to do with AF, but I don't chart my temp so don't quote me on that.

I think the spotting is probably because of the D&C and if it doesn't feel like a normal period, don't try to conceive again until you have a normal one! I hope those cramps go away and I hope you get a regular period so you can TTC again!

hey! why did you say you wee sorry? i'm happy to have my period b/c it means we can start trying.

it's normal this morning...i sometimes spot the day before i actually get it...today it's just like it use to be before got pregnant. I always get cramps before i get it and then why i do they go away which means no cramps today! yay!

you think it's safe to try this month right?

I guess that's true. AF always sucks though.

I'd say you're safe to start trying as long as your period stays that intensity and is as long as it normally is. If you feel like a normal period, your body's ready.

yeah AF does suck and i hate it, but i'm glad it came so the anticipation of waiting to try is finally gone b/c now i can!

yeah yesterday was spotting and crampy...and now that i think about it i sometimes spot the day before i actually get it. today i got it full like i normally do and it's flowing like normal.

So i think my body's ready!

AF usually lasts about 4 to 5 days.
