I think you're taking her words to literal. There are herbs out there that will cause you to "bleed". Blue Kohash with Black Kohash and Penny Royal. Also ODing on Vit C. If you're going to go the natural way you should tell your DR first.

I got my period, so thankfully I don't have to pay for an abortion lol. Thanks for those who helped.

Right and I tried to explain that to her and she repeatedly said that it wasn't just bleeding but an actual period. This thread got way off topic partially by my fault.

She's saying that although legal it is not always accessible to women who live in areas that are underserved by clinics. That sometimes using a herbal abortifactant is the only option they have because they are not close enough to abort at a clinic, despite having the legal right to do so.

Well 3 yrs ago I found out I was pregnant at 14 wks.... I still got my period every month. No signs of being pregnant at all... Very weird. I didnt know I was pregnant... :-( Im so mad cuz I didnt know I was pregnant and was putting drugs into my body. I was also diagnosed with a serious illness and put on medication that would harm a baby.. So my husband and i made the decision to abort. It was the hardest thing in my life I had to go through.. It still effects me to this day. I dont talk about it and my family doesnt know. I had my daughter at 17 she is now 10. If i knew I was pregnant I think the outcome would of been different. But i try to not dwel on the past. Im now pregnant with again. But found out right away. I dont understand why I have symtoms this time around but not 3 yrs ago. I now found out im not sick just dealing with fibromyliga.. I am now dealing with being pregant and off all the meds u shouldnt take while being pregnant.. Im only 5 wks and I just wonder y god gave me signs of pregnancy with this one but not the one 3 yrs ago and that ended up making me make the hardest decison in my life!

I was given a vallium(sp). It hurt so bad. I was tranquilized and loopy and still in pain. I couldn't afford to be put under. Never again will i do it but i won't judge someone who does. Don't judge someone before you know their reasons. I was a heroin addict. I was able to get off the stuff for the first 2 pregnancies(first son passed away at 32 wks second son will be 3 in April. But I was just so far into it and am allergic to methadone(which i wouldn't use anyways) so I would have had to do it cold turkey. That happened April 2010. On October 26th I had 1 year clean and still going.
