Eating Out!!

Ha, you pervs! Not that kind of eating out. :] I'm preparing to start Pilates 2ce a week this upcoming Tuesday, and instead of starting a diet..I've cut out my soda [I'm a HUGE soda drinker..non stop Coca-Cola throughout the day!] and I've went from eating out at restaurants at least 2 times a day, to staying home and making my own food, lol. And when I went out to eat, I had to have the appetizer, soup AND salad, entree with a side, and dessert! And yes, I'd wash it all down with a nice cold coke! Anyway, my question is: Do you think it'll help at all by just cutting out soda and not eating out as much, rather than all out dieting right now? Honestly please! Be as harsh as you'd like. :]

yes cutting that out will help, at least in the beginning you will notice a lot of changes.
but as for long term....you might have to go a little more strict with your diet. good luck!

yes yes yes...............it will help to stop eating any junk and soft drinks (coke) you will lose weight but then it will eventually stop and thats when you will have to get a bit stricter and add in exercise....just take your time with it though and dont expect it to all come off at once.......goodluck mumma I will be with you in 11 1/2 weeks....   ....i lovce being pregnant and eating mmmmmm wheres the cc's

Before I got was pregnant with Robbie, I had lost 12 pounds just by cutting out soda alone. So, yeah, that will definitely work. And it is very easy to overeat and/or eat a lot more calories than you mean to when you go out to eat, so that will help too. Besides, since you are BF'ing, you don't want to go on a diet because it can mess with your supply.

hahaha! My mind totally went there first! LOL! But, yeah, cutting back on the sodas will help, but it's hard!

I know! It is hard! But I found an iced tea that I'm loving! The Lipton tea with 70 calories per serving. I know that's still a good amount of calories, but a lot better than soda, and it tastes fabulous!!

You know what could help too? Just get those little packets that you can pour into your water bottle. I think they are only something like 10 calories, and they come in all kinds of flavors. They have tea too, if thats what you like. I like the lemonade, or the fruit punch ones.
